Release 0.58.0 (lock-step with engine 0.58.0)

Release 0.58.0, in lock-step with SKaiNET engine 0.58.0 (input front ends and model identity, SKEEP-006).

Same sequence as #456 (0.57.0):

• docs(changelog): 0.58.0 entry — headline paragraph over the Unreleased section (tokenizers through the engine, families as descriptors, the three [Feature]: tokenizer.json parity gate — fix the silent-wrong-ids paths, fail fast on unsupported files, HF goldens for every shipped family #471 parity fixes by @Sehul07, recompile note for Java binaries).
• docs(readme): 0.58.0 highlights and BOM coordinate
• docs: bump version references to 0.58.0 (six Antora pages, BOM coordinate and the Maven <version>)
• release: prepare 0.58.0 -- lock-step with engine 0.58.0 (VERSION_NAME=0.58.0)

Contents since 0.57.1: #480, #481, #482, #484, #485. Engine pin skainet = "0.58.0" is on Maven Central since 2026-10-12.

Publish dry run (workflow_dispatch on this branch) is running; the tag 0.58.0 follows the merge.
