Every API claim re-verified against the SKaiNET 0.57.0 source tree.
Both plugins bumped to 0.2.0.
Consumer skills:
- Toolchain: published JVM jars are Java 21 bytecode (JDK 21+ required);
Android compilations stay at JVM 11
- dag { } moved to its own artifact skainet-lang-dag; TokenizerFactory
moved to sk.ainet.io.tokenizer (ships in skainet-io-core)
- Artifact tables rebuilt for 0.57.0 (new published modules: lang-dag,
compile-c/-json/-minerva/-opt, data-source, io-iree-params,
backend-native-cpu, backend-jni-cpu; test-groundtruth is not published)
- GGUFModelReader is a deprecated fail-fast stub: examples rewritten to
StreamingGgufParametersLoader; added ShardedSafeTensorsParametersLoader,
tensorFilter, and narrow-float load policies
- Schedule API (0.54.0): ctx.schedule / withSchedule / CoroutineSchedule
covered in inference and Android threading guidance
- TurboQuant re-anchored to its real KV-cache surface (KvCacheStore,
TurboQuantPresets); dropped unsupported weight-compression advice
- DSL: full 14-dtype set incl. BF16, GQA-native scaledDotProductAttention,
dag schedule hints and dtype policies, complete transform list, fixed
non-compiling unsqueeze example; ExperimentalMemoryApi opt-in removed
- Fixed invented APIs: ForwardHooks.onLayerOutput, module.setParameter,
JvmFileRandomAccessSource/BytesRandomAccessSource replaced with the
real interfaces
- Android: jni-cpu NEON backend with ServiceLoader auto-discovery,
mapped GGUF weights (AndroidGguf, WeightResidency.MAPPED), minSdk 24
Contributor skills:
- Test policy: kotlin.test in commonTest AND jvmTest; Kotest survives
only in the skainet-apps CLI property tests
- New-module workflow: sk.ainet.multiplatform convention plugin,
per-module gradle.properties POM coordinates, BOM membership automatic
via sk.ainet.transformers.bom-coverage
- JDK 21 floor set centrally; catalog reference now treats
libs.versions.toml as source of truth (0.57.0 snapshot included)
- SKEEP/DARC contribution process rules added
Eval fixtures aligned with the corrected policies.

Four citations were written without line ranges, which crashed verify-citations.py while sorting (None vs str). Give them real spans verified against SKaiNET main, and make the tool's sort None-safe so a rangeless citation reports instead of crashing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
The skill content dated from the SKaiNET ~0.20.0 era (May 2026); the library is now at 0.57.0 (37 releases later). Every API claim, Maven coordinate, line-range citation, and code example across all 12 skills was re-verified against the actual 0.57.0 source tree. Both plugins bump to 0.2.0.
Highlights
Outright errors fixed (content that was wrong, not just stale):
GGUFModelReaderis a deprecated fail-fast stub in 0.57.0 — examples rewritten toStreamingGgufParametersLoaderForwardHooks.onLayerOutput,module.setParameter(...),JvmFileRandomAccessSource,BytesRandomAccessSource— none of these exist; replaced with the real APIsDefaultNeuralNetworkExecutionContextdocumented as deferring to the CPU backend — it is a shape-only (VoidTensorOps) contextkotlin.testin commonTest AND jvmTest; Kotest survives only in theskainet-appsCLI property testsTokenizerFactoryplaced inskainet-compile-hlo— it ships inskainet-io-coreundersk.ainet.io.tokenizeronProgressdocumented as byte counts — they are tensor countsNew 0.57.0-era capabilities now covered:
ctx.withSchedule,Schedule.Sequential,CoroutineSchedule, dag-level schedule hintsskainet-lang-dagas its own artifact; GQA-nativescaledDotProductAttentionShardedSafeTensorsParametersLoader,tensorFilter, narrow-float load policiesKvCacheStore,TurboQuantPresets)skainet-backend-jni-cpuNEON backend, mapped GGUF weights (AndroidGguf,WeightResidency.MAPPED)sk.ainet.multiplatformconvention plugin, automatic BOM coverage, SKEEP/DARC processskainet-test-groundtruthremoved as a consumer artifact)Eval fixtures (
evals/evals.json) updated to match the corrected policies; all JSON validated.Verification
Claims were checked against the 0.57.0 git tag (source + CHANGELOG), not docs or memory. Where a claim could not be verified in the source, it was removed or softened — each agent report flagged these individually (e.g. the Central snapshot-repo URL is the one coordinate not provable from the tree; left as-is).
