This pull request updates the usage of the defer_response function across all slash command implementations to include the config parameter. This change standardizes how configuration is passed when deferring responses to slash commands, likely to ensure consistent behavior or access to configuration data during command execution.

Standardization of defer_response usage:

• Updated all slash command implementations to call defer_response with the additional config parameter, replacing previous calls that only passed ctx and command. This affects commands such as AddReminderCommand, AddStaffCommand, AlertCommand, BaninfoCommand, CategoryCommand, CloseCommand, EditCommand, ForceCloseCommand, HelpCommand, IdCommand, LogsCommand, MoveCommand, NewThreadCommand, PingCommand, RecoverCommand, ReleaseCommand, ReminderSubscriptionCommand, RemoveReminderCommand, RemoveStaffCommand, and RenameCommand.
