We need to cache access tokens #41
Description
We went over our quota on machine to machine (client credentials) authentication requests. We need to ensure we cache the access token and only re-request it when it expires.

All rai sdks support access token caching:
Golang sdk caches access token on disk
~/.rai/tokens.jsonso this should solve the issue for thecli.@larf311 I would appreciate a second eye on this, otherwise we could close this issue 🙏
