• Updated generated Clowder configuration types and schema to the latest supported format.

• Write temporary CA-certificate files with owner-only permissions (0600).
• Use cleaned file paths when loading configuration.

Compatibility

• The existing V1 endpoint API remains supported:
  • DependencyEndpoints
  • PrivateDependencyEndpoints
• V1 and V2 endpoint formats can coexist.
• When V2 endpoints are absent, V2 getters return (zero value, false).
