This exposes functionality to run MATLAB custom files directly using the MATLAB RAT API.
It adds a new options in the MATLAB settings to specify the directory of the MATLAB RAT folder
After specifying the directory, running an optimization (non-calculate run) on a MATLAB custom project (e.g. rascal1_example/R1monolayerVolumeModel.mat in the example dir ) will use the specified RAT
