MGMT Methylation Model: a 3D ResNet (BrainNet3D) trained on all four MRI sequences to predict MGMT promoter methylation for the RSNA-MICCAI task, on my own preprocessed BraTS dataset, with a NIfTI and DICOM conversion pipeline both ways. PyTorch.
