I created this short PR since it involves the next two chapters.
In this PR, I moved the section on lambda expression to chapter 4. I made this change first so that the future PRs will be only based on one chapter only. It is in accordance with issue #191.
The change looks good to me locally, could you please kindly review this PR and merge it to the main branch?
