Align the npm package, lockfile, and every public host manifest on version 0.6.0, and document the Inspector, provenance, snapshot, learning, and test-reporting changes since 0.5.0. Validated with the manifest and CLI suites, npm ci, npm run pack:verify, and the complete npm publish dry-run including 91 files and 1,305 tests.
