I work in customer service at Bank of America, where a good day usually starts with listening carefully, untangling a confusing problem, and helping someone reach a clear next step.

Outside work, I build developer tools and cloud applications. I am working toward a role in IT support, cloud operations, junior systems, or software where troubleshooting and communication matter as much as knowing the right tool on day one.

• OMG started with a problem I kept running into: system packages and language runtimes all came with different commands and update paths. It is a Rust CLI that brings that work into one interface.
• Weeknote exists because a contribution graph shows activity, but not what shipped or where the evidence stops. It connects GitHub delivery records with deployed Cloudflare infrastructure.
• CodeLoud is where I explore tools for coding agents, including developer dictation and technical-context workflows.

I like problems that waste people's time. My projects have pushed me into Rust, TypeScript, Svelte, Cloudflare Workers, CI/CD, deployment evidence, and the less glamorous work of documenting failures and making systems easier to understand.

I know that side projects are not the same as years in an engineering role. What I bring is experience staying with unclear problems, communicating with people under pressure, and learning unfamiliar systems until I can make progress.
