#124 merged before rebasing onto #123, which moved stores/sketch_index.rs → stores/sketch_db/sketch_index.rs. Mechanical fix: rewrite three import sites in the warm_tier module from crate::stores::sketch_index::* → crate::stores::sketch_db::sketch_index::*. Build clean post-fix; warm_tier tests still 14/14.
