[Feature] ASAPPlanner cannot understand (time) Interval literal values

Following error occurs
skipping "U-P3m" — lowering failed: invalid expression: unsupported scalar: IntervalMonthDayNano("IntervalMonthDayNano { months: 0, days: 30, nanoseconds: 0 }")

When trying to parse and analyze a SQL with
l_receiptdate <= l_shipdate + INTERVAL '30' DAY

I recommend adding an interval literal with three components for ASAPPlanner:

Interval {
months: i32,
days: i32,
nanoseconds: i64,
}

The fix also needs correct arithmetic result types. Currently, ASAPPlanner would infer date + interval as Float64. We need to preserve the temporal result type that DataFusion determines.
