meeting-notes

A ProAgentStore agent that processes meeting transcripts from Zoom, Teams, Otter, or any text source. Workers AI extracts structured notes — summary, action items, decisions, follow-ups, and attendees — and stores them in a Durable Object. A daily cron at 18:00 UTC sends a digest of all open action items from the past 7 days.

Patchable fields: status (open or done), assignee, dueDate.

Secrets

Set these via wrangler secret put and mirror in Doppler (pags project):

After first deploy, set secrets:

AI model

Uses @cf/meta/llama-3.3-70b-instruct-fp8-fast via Workers AI. Transcripts are truncated to 12,000 characters before extraction. If the AI returns malformed output, the raw response is stored as the summary so the transcript is never lost.
