Lot 4a on the framework side, with pollora/media ^0.4: an
ImageSizefacade (the registry is signed with the application key),pollora:media:thumbs:warmandpollora:media:thumbs:prune, and doctor reports for a declaration that cannot make a size or a format the server cannot write. WordPress's own sizes (including a theme's config/images.php) are left as they are. Full suite 1597 green, Pint, Rector and PHPStan clean.
