Lot 3 on the framework side, with pollora/media ^0.3: private media are served through a signed URL (the Laravel disk's temporaryUrl()),
pollora:media:visibilityandpollora:media:files, the module's actions relayed as MediaStored, MediaDeleted and MediaVisibilityChanged events, and a doctor warning for private media on a disk that cannot sign. Full suite 1595 green, Pint, Rector and PHPStan clean. Not verified against a real S3-compatible server: signatures were checked as SigV4 URLs with a fake endpoint.
