(Add an option in donut maker to specify disallowed powers that will trigger the program to count the donut as not matching, even if it matched all desired powers)

Additional context
(if someone didn't want any Alpha power on a Sparkling 3 donut because the added aggression from the alphas makes it a pain for them to shiny hunt, they'd set the desired power to Sparkling 3 and disallowed powers to Alpha 1, Alpha 2, and Alpha 3.).
