Why

DirXMLDevWeb's image now ships bin/apps (as docker exec idmweb apps …). The container keeps each environment's definition in the project's file (IDM_ENVIRONMENTS) and each person's credentials in their own file (IDM_CREDENTIALS), the same split bin/idm already reads. bin/apps only read one --props file.

What

• Without --props, bin/apps reads IDM_ENVIRONMENTS (or ./environments.properties), then IDM_CREDENTIALS when it is set. The person's lines win.
• --props works as before.

Checked

• With an environments file holding formsUrl and appsUser, and a credentials file holding appsPassword, the merged settings have all three.
• In the DirXMLDevWeb test image, docker exec idmweb apps --help runs.
