Make all arguments that accept a bool into keyword-only arguments #76

There are a bunch of ruff rule violations for FBT001 and FBT002. We should fix those by making arguments that expect a bool into keyword-only arguments by putting an asterisk before them in the function definition, e.g.:

def f(posarg, *, keyword_only_arg):
    ...

This one should be straightforward to address with an AI tool, especially since it can update usages too.
