I tried to order them with my best guess of which will be most sought out by the broader community (i.e., putting documentation earlier). I also removed the links to the telecon room and the notes from weekly meetups. The telecon room changes occasionally, and it's easy to forget to update it. It's still in the README file in the main repository.
It's probably worth putting the longer version that was just cut on a separate page. We probably want to link the NSF CSSI proposal.

...such that the "contact" tab refers to how they can contact us, and the "community" tab refers to how we contact them, at the suggestion of @rocco8773.
This is for compatibility with Nikola v8. In response to "WARNING: Nikola: It is suggested that you convert special tags to metadata and set USE_TAG_METADATA to False. You can use the upgrade_metadata_v8 command plugin for conversion (install with: nikola plugin -i upgrade_metadata_v8)." ..I ran: `nikola plugin -i upgrade_metadata_v8` which was then followed by `nikola upgrade_metadata_v8`.

This looks pretty close to ready to merge so that @rocco8773 can finish working on a meeting page. We will probably want to make more updates to the content in the near future, but this looks like a good spot to merge it for now. |

The purpose of this pull request is to make a landing page for the website, akin to Astropy's landing page. Thus far I moved the blog posts to
news/, changed the order of the tabs, and createdweb/pages/index.mdfor the new landing page. We still need to discuss what would go in there.Closes #30. Closes #28.
