Registry Serialization #41

An ECS Registry need to be serialized.
The type of component must be preserved, as component order cannot be guaranteed.
Each component has its own Key (Namespace + Ressource)
For Example the default plugin has a "de.placeblock:and_gate" Key
When serializing a component with its entities, we first serialize the key of the component followed by the serialized entities. For each Entity we have to store the global entity id and then the component data
