Increase wait time for OAuth login and copy URL to clipboard

• Increase the OAuth callback timeout and both authentication countdowns from 30 to 60 seconds.
• Copy the complete callback URL to the clipboard before opening the browser.
• Tell users in both OAuth login surfaces that the URL was copied.
• Update the callback-server comments to describe the current retry, timeout, and clipboard behavior.

Description of the problem being solved:

OAuth login can fail when the automatic browser launch does not work, especially under Wine or other platform compatibility layers. The copied URL gives users a reliable fallback without changing the existing authentication flow.
