Measure usage through the same process root as the enumerated Linux mount table. Preserve valid partial results, exclude read-only Snap images, and retain direct-host/non-Linux paths. Correct available localStorageMb bytes-to-MiB conversion without changing explicit override precedence, scheduler or schemas. Adds focused namespace/fallback/partial-data and unit-conversion regression tests. Version 0.13.29; existing Go1.27.2 and Host API supervision are preserved. Scoped packaging tests retain original full workflow and required CodeQL checks. No runtime patches, firewall or auth changes.
