Describe the bug

When running Import-Module NerdFonts:
Import-Module: The required module 'Fonts' is not loaded. Load the module or remove the module from 'RequiredModules' in the file '[...]\PowerShell\Modules\NerdFonts\1.0.23\NerdFonts.psd1'.

Module Fonts has been installed and imported.

Looks like this required a specific version of "Fonts" to work, not necessarily the latest version. So I had to install Fonts using this:

Install-PSResource -Name Fonts -Version '1.1.18'

Maybe it should be mentionned in the readme?

Hi Thibault Vlacich (@ThibaultVlacich), sorry you faced this issue. Would like to hear more on how you installed the initial NerdFonts in the first place. Its mentioned in the modules RequiredModules that it needs 1.1.18 so I am abit surprised that it didnt install that and instead you ended up with 1.1.19.

Anyhow, I am updating the module to also now require the 1.1.19 version.

So just running Install-PSResource -Name NerdFonts should end up with Fonts@1.1.18 and NerdFonts@1.0.23 being installed.

I tested the same on my end now, and it seems to be the case that RequiredModule isnt honored. Im also running 7.5.1 so likely a bug in PowerShell. Checking bug tracker

The issue is likely connected with this: PowerShell/PSResourceGet#1777

The GitHub runners have Microsoft.PowerShell.PSResourceGet@1.0.6, so adding a custom task on the build process to update that dependency. Testing witha prerelease.
