PAI-CD (Personal Authorial Intelligence — Constitutional Document) is a normative governance framework for AI systems acting on behalf of an individual Author. PAI-Kernel hosts the framework documents, implementation work, and supporting research.
The framework states requirements for authorial authority, delegation, consent, and audit. Implementation coverage and verification results are described in the main project; a framework requirement is not, by itself, a demonstrated property of every deployment.

For a specific version, use the main project's releases and installation documentation. The tap is a separate installation channel; the formula defines the version and build requirements it currently uses.
