identifyAndTokenize(sdk, id, { isControlGroup?, cacheKey?, maxUidsPerEid? })— normalizes the id (e:prefix for bare ids), always identifies, tokenizes outside the control group, merges the result into the rolling EID cache viamergeCache, and announces the write withoptable-targeting:change.OPTABLE_TOKENIZE_DONE) withoptableForceTokenizeoverride; the guard resets on error so a failed tokenize retries.{ merged, staleUid2s }so callers can chain UID2 refreshes.How to Test
