Why
mergeCache(#330) returnsstaleUid2swith nowhere to send them. The protocol client (#328) and cache apply (#329) are merged, but nothing strings them together.ClickUp Task ID: PRODUCT-3938
What Changed
refreshStaleUid2s(config, staleUid2s)inlib/addons/uid2-refresh.ts: refreshes each stale source against the operator and applies the outcome to the cache. Sequential, since every apply is a read-modify-write of the same cache copies. Entries without valid refresh material are skipped, a failed entry does not stop the rest, and nothing throws into the host page.uid2-refresh.mdsection;eid-cache.mdpoints itsstaleUid2soutput here.How to Test
Unit tests cover end-to-end refresh, opt-out eviction, entries without usable ref data, network failure, undecryptable response, a failed entry not aborting the loop, and the empty-list no-op.
