Enable OptableSDK to build and run in Swift 6 language mode with strict concurrency checking, while retaining iOS 15+ support and Objective-C interoperability.
Objectives
- Build the SDK and its tests in Swift 6 mode.
- Give the public API an explicit concurrency contract.
- Fix the data races strict concurrency reveals rather than suppress them.
- Declare Swift 6 in the manifests and keep the demo apps and CI green.
