   Typically it's in some control panel setting hidden away. Sometimes it straight up isn't there. I usually tell users to run this command since it opens the window directly, no need for navigating the maze:

   "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe" shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL TabletPC.cpl @0,pen
