Foreground-aware derive-debounce (PR #46) — results are ready when the app opens instead of waiting up to 5 minutes on the fresh-mode tier at exactly the moment the user is watching for them. Bump build 20 -> 21.

Background headless cycle never called ZeTimeLink.sync() after pairing — only the manual devices-screen sync did. Piggyback it onto the same wake window as the ring, same guarded try/catch so it can never fail the WHOOP cycle. pubspec.yaml/.lock repinned openstrap_protocol from 471034c to protocol PR #47's head (d8a1685), which exports parseZeTimeFrame/zetimeBatteryLevel/ zetimeRequestFrame/kZeTimeCmdBattery/kZeTimeAckToken — needed for this adapter to compile at all. No kAlgoVersion bump: pure addition, no existing decoder touched, and ZeTime has no derivable signal.
