BLE connection/sync redundancy hardening (reconnect-ladder timeouts, frame- corruption detection, band-reboot signal, real per-chunk sync ledger + quarantine, staleness escalation, platform-standards-verified notification permission handling), derivation-engine concurrency (backlog sweeps now run multiple days in parallel instead of single-threaded oldest-first, so today's result is ready when the app opens), and CI/Xcode signing fixes from PR #44 — bump build 19 -> 20.

main moved twice since this branch: the gen4/gen5 decode-integrity work took kAlgoVersion to 64, so the strain recalibration is a further bump on top rather than the 63 this branch claimed. kept all three changelog entries — the rr-by- rec_ts fix, the decode-integrity changes, and the strain rescale — in order. analytics repinned to the OpenStrap#45 merge, which is the half of this change that lives over there.
