Split Mixerparameters and Clientparameters

We want so split OpenMixerControl into omc and oms. With this comes the challenge of splitting up the "state" and "config" of these processes.

Clientparameters will just affect the local device and will not be transmited via OSC.

Every Mixerparameter can now be configured as ClientMixerparameter using DefClientParameter();

Example:

DefParameter(LCD_CONTRAST, cat, "LCD Contrast")
        ->DefNameShort("Contrast")
        ->DefMinMaxStandard_Uint(LCD_CONTRAST_MIN, LCD_CONTRAST_MAX, LCD_CONTRAST_DEFAULT)
        ->DefClientParameter();
