OCL is a verified digital public good. The OCL DPG rule names the repositories that make it up and says how that list changes. Their code is licensed under MPL 2.0 with the OCL Healthcare Disclaimer, and their documentation under CC BY 4.0. Every other OCL repository states its own license.
