Description:
Create a Terraform module to provision an AWS API Gateway (HTTP API) and a Lambda function (Node.js 18+).

  • Implement a basic "hello" handler in Lambda.
  • Set up a CloudWatch Log Group for Lambda logs.
  • Configure a dev stage for the API.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • HTTP endpoint returns 200 with a JSON response from Lambda
  • Lambda logs are visible in CloudWatch Log Group
