Set up a free MongoDB Atlas M0 cluster for the project.

  • Create an organization, project, and cluster.
  • Add a database user.
  • Set the IP allowlist to 0.0.0.0/0 temporarily for development (acceptable for MVP only).

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Working MONGODB_URI is available
  • Successful test connection from local environment
