Description:
Define and implement a policy for managing secrets in the project. Start by storing secrets in GitHub Environments for development, and plan to migrate to AWS Secrets Manager for production.

  • Ensure no secrets are present in code or Terraform files.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • All secrets are stored securely (GitHub Environments for now).
  • No secrets are committed to code or Terraform.
  • Documentation updated to reflect the secrets management process.
