Rolling average #229

Re-implement the rolling average over acquisition time.

This is a functionality present in hextof-processor which allowed to smooth columns which have high noise shot-to-shot while carrying important long term drift changes. This was the case for the streak camera at FLASH.

However, as of now, no application requiring this comes to mind, so until then I would leave this on hold.
