The behavioral CONSTRAIN path needs three layers that are all still in draft PRs: the backend contract, the Core evaluation, and the frontend editor with the Profile ID box. This branch carries the full behavioral coverage from the base branch before it was stripped there. The base branch keeps the policy rule only. The two branches share every policy document, so this one changes only the behavioral pages.

The console UI for this path sits in
openbox-fePR #178, which is a draft.This documentation is ready but should merge only when the feature layers
