2022+ Radeon drivers break GLSL shaders and skyboxes

Starting from 2022.6.1 (Adrenalin) the skyboxes no longer render with vertex shaders enabled. In addition, the color control shader breaks.

i should also mention the Radeon PRO 2022.Q2 drivers are fine - skybox renders, gamma works.

even more recent drivers break r_primitives 1 and 3 extremely severely (like, fatals the driver)! what are you doing AMD!!!!!!!!!!!!
