Add Vouch support

🎯 Problem to be solved

Previously we had support for Vouch, but since some updates, probably on both ends, now duties fail for Vouch. We would like to add Vouch in our compatibility matrix.

🛠️ Proposed solution

• Spin up Vouch in our Kurtosis setup.
• Examine the failed duties.
• Diagnose why they are failing.
• Fix the issues.

🧪 Tests

• Tested by new automated unit/integration/smoke tests
• Manually tested on core team/canary/test clusters
• Manually tested on Kurtosis simnet

Kurtosis has a draft PR for supporting Vouch VC: ethpandaops/ethereum-package#809

In an ideal scenario, we will have Vouch supported in Kurtosis and we will be able to test and debug there. However, we know that even on testnet it didn't work. We might want to start testing with a Hoodi cluster until the above mentioned PR in ethpandaops' repo is ready.
