components/gsoc-stats.tsx:441: the <select> next to "All GSoC PRs" chooses whose PRs to show, but has no accessible name.
Done when
Test with your OS screen reader (VoiceOver: Cmd+F5 on macOS, Narrator on Windows) or Chrome DevTools → Elements → Accessibility pane: the control must announce a meaningful name.
Size: ~2–10 lines.
