Docker Image not automatically deploying

The deployed version of the site is still from an old commit.
I don't know how it works at the moment with azure, but I had the same issue with docker hub. Didnt work automatically. That's why I was calling a trigger through an URL to trigger a redeployment of the container in Travis.

Yea, I noticed this happening a lot as well. My "fix" is to manually restart the machine which will pull again from Docker hub.
