Hi, I'm Mateusz 馃憢 Full-stack product engineer from Poland. I always think about the users, the business, conversions and the psychology behind my visuals, and I measure my work by the results it brings.

What I doWeb and mobile products end to end, from the business problem to the shipped app
NowIntern at Cetuspro, a software house (remote), since June 2026
ShippedAn app of my own on the App Store and Google Play, client sites, an npm CLI
Looking forFull-time or contract roles 路 remote or hybrid
Based inPomorskie, Poland (CET) 路 Polish native, English fluent

01. How I work

How I work, the same loop on every project. 1 Client: I start with the person paying for it, and what they need to earn. 2 Users: who uses it, what they want done, and where they give up. 3 Conversion: fewer steps between interest and action. 4 Revenue: how it earns is designed in from day one. 5 Code: then the code, web, mobile and backend, end to end, tested. 6 Ship: shipping is part of the job, pipelines, deploys, store releases. 7 Measure: measure, then decide what changes next.

The same loop on every project. Code is one stop of seven.

02. Selected work

PstrykWeb: bespoke websites for local businesses, ordered through one online form. Built for Cetuspro during my internship. Next.js, TypeScript, Vercel.

03. AI like a team

I run AI like a team. I lead. Claude Code agents do the work, each with its own job, and nothing ships before I review it. Me: lead. Claude Code: builds. Wiki: remembers. Subagents: research. MCP: bring data. Hooks: guard. Skills and gates: check. Every change is checked for types, tests, accessibility and speed, then I review it.

05. Check out the blog

Watch the film: how this site got built, in 47 seconds, with sound. Clips: my old 3D portfolio took 46.9 seconds to show its content on a phone, so I started over, planned first, built the poster site, checked everything, and mobile Lighthouse went from 34 to 98, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO.
