LEDs are updating very slowly

This is actually a bug for a long time which still is occurring regularly.
If the browser is open, things run smoothly but if the computer goes in sleep mode, at some (unpredictable) moment LEDs start updating very slowly, sometimes only a few frames per minute.

theories

• esp32 goes into sleep mode
• LEDs loop is in the main loopTask which has too low priority
• Data from the server to the UI is queueing up

This has never happened in StarLight (also loop in the main queue)

It looks like loopTask to moonTask (Core 1, higher prio) has improved things

However one board (S3 n16r8) is going to 0 loops/second sometimes - and stays there, UI keeps responding

It's definitely related to browser communication, most likely web sockets because when all browsers are closed, this issue is not occurring

Lots of refactoring done: effects task, driver task, UI in svelte task, tasks module.

Turns out it was led drivers blocking. Currently not blocking, using latest platform 54.03.21 and it is promising.

However due to the bleeding edge tech, we deal with flickering in relation to WiFi - WIP...
