Say what node uninstall keeps

What

• Node env file NO_PROXY adds localhost, 127.0.0.1, ::1 only when missing (case-insensitive); no more repeated entries (D9).
• Node uninstall prints what it kept: an adopted oac-node account with /var/lib/oac-node, and the bootstrap's cached installers with rm -f <dir>/*.pyz (D10). nodes.md EN+zh updated, zh source_hash refreshed.

Why

Live-injection defects D9 and D10 (installer-inject-20261015). No new flag or setting. The cache directory is taken from the running .pyz, so nothing is printed when run from elsewhere.

Verification

• python3 -m unittest test_node_install test_node_proxy (deploy/node): 85 pass; new assertions in the adopted-account uninstall test and the proxy file test.
• scripts/check-names.py pass; translations tests 1-2 pass.

Skipped

• translations test 3 (needs vitepress installed).
