能否增加本地IP排除的功能？#86

如题，我现在用wireguard进行组网，但是被识别为本地网络，所以还是无法解除上行限速。

能否给个选项进行部分IP地址排除，不然都被识别为本地网络无法奏效。

    识别为本地网络，原因可能是使用的默认TTL值在你的网络上偏高。

    请先尝试调低为 -t 2 或者 -t 1。
