feat(perps): report provider trigger order capabilities

Explanation

Clients currently infer stop-loss and take-profit support from the protocol name.

Add supportedTriggerOrderTypes to provider capabilities so clients can use the provider's declaration. Hyperliquid reports its four existing types; an omitted declaration means support is unknown.

Capability tests, public API checks and build pass. Lighter support follows in #10638.
