EipSignal #14

A simple democracy contract system where each holder of a Devcon 2 token gets a vote on additions to a test suite defining an RPC specification for Ethereum JSON servers.

The votes from that "signal" vote will be used to select tests to add to an automated test suite, comparing the compatibility of the various clients to the given proposal.

Not completed or fully functional, but much of the core functionality has been implemented.
