migrate from XLSForm #674
Description
XLSForm are used as field survey form spec on various competitors . We should add sections migrate from and mention those competitors. To convert from XLSForm to QGIS there are various plugins that can be used, or can be manually rewritten - e.g. "XLSForm Converter"

I do not think referring ppl to a python script repo is what we want to do. I did a quick search and found the following sites (can serve as an example or even something we can test and recommend):
