docs: update the test counts of decision 26

Follow-up of #36 (finding 2 of its review). The issue is already closed.

What

Updates the test counts in decision 26 of docs/decisoes-de-arquitetura.md: Domain.Tests 94 → 113, Application.Tests 34 → 35, Api.IntegrationTests 69 → 91, and the total from "cerca de 200" to "cerca de 240".

Why

The review of #36 found that only the ArchitectureTests row matched the suite. The real total is 244 (113 + 35 + 91 + 5), the same number the CI of #47 ran.

Tests

No test: documentation only. The counts come from dotnet test on main at 51cafa2:

• Domain.Tests: total 113
• Application.Tests: total 35
• ArchitectureTests: total 5
• Whole solution: total 244, which leaves 91 for Api.IntegrationTests

How to test

dotnet test --solution ControlService.slnx   # in backend/ControlService, with Docker Desktop running

Checklist
