Prepare the next independently versioned SDK publications after #979:
@mapleai/sdk4.1.1 andmaple-sdk4.0.2. The TypeScript release includes optional OAuth callback selection; this PR changes only the two SDK package versions and the Rust SDK lockfile entry. All application and proxy dependency pins remain unchanged. Both packages will be published separately through the protected SDK workflows after this PR merges. Phase 3 (#986) will then select the published TypeScript version in its own unmerged PR.
Validation: frozen Bun installation; SDK pre-commit checks (TypeScript formatting/build/unit tests; Rust formatting, Clippy, library tests, and docs). No dependency versions changed in either SDK lockfile beyond the Rust SDK's own version.
